what you just saw was a famous show in Belgium. The guy laughed at his voice.around 4:25 he said something so stupid that made him burst laughing. It just gets worse and worse. Theres an actual video on Youtube, search for "boomerang" there should be a one that is subtitled. it has about 3million views, check it out if you want.
